About Bridge Fellowship
Bridge Fellowship originally began in 2010 and for many years was known as Living Waters Pentecostal Fellowship. However, in 2019 we changed our name Bridge Fellowship. This change wasn’t just a change for change’s sake, but we really felt that as a church we are called to be a bridge. A bridge that makes connections with people, communities and nations but, above all, helping people to connect with God.
There is now a big gap between the church and the community. The church is isolated from the community its meant to serve in and as a church we want to bridge this gap. The church itself has got members who lack a relationship with God. Our mission is to help believers grow in God and reach the potential God has called them to live in.
We cannot preach to the lost unless we build a bridge with them we need to invest in relationships and this requires bridging.
When we love we are willing to lay it all on the line.
Our acts of kindness will bring many to Christ. We want people to say Christ through us.
Christians as the bridge Matthew 5 vs 38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye and tooth for tooth.’i 39But I tell you not to resist an evil person. If someone slaps you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also; 40if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well; 41and if someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two. 42Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.”
Our acts of kindness will bring many to Christ. We want people to say Christ through us.
